California's no-fault divorce laws are simple to understand, but complex to apply in many instances. We are developing a series of courses to help students learn how to maneuver the system on their own.
Both California and Federal Law provide a number of avenues to delay and resist the foreclosure process. We've developed premium courses on eviction defense. We've also provided a free DIY guide to understanding your rights as a tenant in this process.
The student loan debt crisis may in fact be the most complicated crisis in the history of California, and the rules are rapidly changing. Our FYI guides provide a basic outline of your rights as a borrower, and we are currently developing a masterclass course to educate our students on the process for discharging debt in California district bankruptcy court.
For our premium courses, students enroll online, receive an email with password access to their course upon payment confirmation. From there, students get access to the instruction modules, which provide context for the material, instructions on how to fill out the paperwork, file the paperwork, get it to the other party, and context in the matter afterwards.
Not sure the premium courses are right for you? You can check out free guides and videos as they are uploaded.
